Liam Lynch buys his first machine in Cricklewood, London – a JCB 3CX
Realising the dream
Liam officially starts trading as L Lynch Plant Hire. He knows he wants to build a big company that he and his family can work together for.
Our first yard
Lynch Plant Hire is based in Queensbury, London. Liam has several JCB 3CXs and needs more good quality operators! Liam recruits and grows his company, finding operators in the construction section of the Evening Standard.
